Perle di Sole Candied Lemon Peels — Italian Confection (3.5 oz / 100g)

Really delicious.

The best “rind” candy I have ever had.

Used this, cut into tiny pieces, as a substitute for lemon zest as a garnish on some iced lemon shortbread cookies (for fear the zest would turn brown), it worked great! Everyone loved them!

I am such sucker for lemon sweets--this one has to be one of my favorites. It's not overwhelmingly sweet, and the lemon taste is natural--obviously because they're peels.Either way, I really enjoyed them.

Bought these for martini night. I was making lemon drops.Darn these are way too tasty. Couldn’t help but to snack on them. Very tasty and smells of lemon. Sauce they are lemonLove them

I love these little lemon strips. A little overly sugared but good texture and flavor.
